One of my favorite essayists, Anne Lamott, offers transparent, witty, and wise insights that resonate deeply with me. Her writing has inspired many aspects of my life, including my newfound passion for pottery. As a novice potter, I've created many imperfect pieces. Yet, despite the lumpy, tilting, and collapsing structures, I’ve fallen in love with the process. This experience has revealed surprising parallels to leadership, inspired by Anne Lamott’s wisdom.

I love thinking of those unformed clumps as my teachers! Thanks Lins
